Ceramics, Textiles, Sculpture, Print Media
Erika Aguilar is a multidisciplinary Visual Artist who was born in Mexico and now resides in Vancouver. She works primarily with ceramics, wood, and textiles to bring fantastical creatures rooted in folklore into tangible form. Drawing deeply from her Mexican heritage, her creations embody animals and figures as spiritual guides journeying between our reality and the afterlife. Her artistic practice centers on cultivating connections and inspiring a sense of belonging within the universe.
